If you uninstall the Syncost app from your Shopify store, all associated user data will be automatically deleted within 48 hours.

You may also request manual deletion of your data by contacting us at Support@syncost.com. Please note:

• You must uninstall the app before submitting a data deletion request.

• Once your data is deleted, you will no longer be able to access or use the Syncost app unless you reinstall and reconnect your store.
